Who is this workout for?
This workout is great for beginners. The exercises are all easy to complete with our light, neoprene dumbbells.
What will I achieve from this workout?
The session works on your quads, glutes, rear delts, chest, and arms. It's a great way to hone your technique and build up your stabiliser muscles before moving onto heavier weights.
What equipment do I need?
A pair of our neoprene dumbbells is all you need. Pick a weight from 1-10kg depending on your starting strength.
