These high quality, heavy-duty, precision selectable / adjustable free weights allow you to easily shift from 5kg - 40kg in 3kg & 3.5kg intervals. Meaning one pair of these dumbbells replaces a complete set of 12 fixed dumbbells, meaning you save on space & cost - 2m2 & well over £1,000.
Each selectable dumbbell is precision engineered to allow you to quickly & easily change your resistance across 12 settings up to a maximum weight of 40kg; they represent the evolution of the old, spinlock style, adjustable dumbbells, removing the faff of dismantling the dumbbell to change weights and bringing it bang up to date - dock the dumbbell, turn the dial & pick up a different weight - simple & fast, an adjustable dumbbell that allows for drop sets! The 40kg selectable dumbbells come with their own dock to facilitate simple shifting and tidy storage.
Versatile & Compact
This pair of selectable dumbbells is the equivalent to 12 individual free weights. Dial up and down the weights in 3/3.5kg increments (5kg, 8kg, 11kg, 14.5kg, 18kg, 21kg, 24kg, 27.5kg, 30.5kg, 33.5kg, 37kg, 40kg) meaning you can do compound and isolation movements, e.g. chest press, shoulder press & lateral raises, with one piece of kit.

Comfortable
The handle is engineered with soft, textured grip for comfort and ease of use.
This product is built to last with a heavily tested gripping mechanism providing a secure attachment to the weight plates. There will be an element of movement/sound from the plates but this is normal. This highly technical piece of equipment is designed for controlled movements, if you're looking to perform more jerking movements like snatches and swings please see our hex dumbbells, round dumbbells or kettlebells. It is also important that they are kept dry to avoid damage.

Our Phase 3 FID Dumbbell Bench Package is the ideal adjustable bench if you’re looking for affordability and versatility. Rated to 286kg it’s designed to support you under load in both flat, incline and decline positions. The rear backrest adjustment system allows for ten levels of adjustments from a decline -10 degree angle to an upright 90-degree angle, and the seat can also be adjusted to 3 separate angles, 0 degrees, -6 degrees, and -10 degrees.
It also features a front handle along with rear wheels making it easy to move or reposition in your gym.

Standard delivery to UK mainland is FREE on all orders over £50 (geographical exclusions do apply, please check our delivery information page for details). We aim to get your order picked, packed, and dispatched as soon as we receive it - orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched same day, those received post 12 are more likely to be dispatched the following working day.
Please note, due to their size and the number of parts these dumbbell & bench packages ship in multiple boxes.
Sometimes, due to the courier’s logistics, the boxes may not be delivered together. If you receive a delivery of only some of your order, please don't panic, allow at least 48hrs for the rest of your order to turn up, and then contact us if you need us to chase anything.
If you're placing a large order made up of several heavy items, we will deliver it through a pallet network. The courier will contact you within three days to confirm whether the scheduled delivery date is suitable for you or to reschedule a new delivery date if necessary.

Products are covered under a one year warranty from receipt of delivery. Warranty covers any defects under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of the product defective because of improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Dependant on the issue we will take the following steps:
- Repair the product at no cost
- Repair or replace any broken parts
- Exchange with a replacement
- Offer a full refund
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage of the product resulting from negligence e.g. dropping the product
- Damage of the product resulting from unauthorised modification of the product
- Damage caused by weather or natural disaster e.g. rust if product is kept outside
- The product must only be used indoors in a temperature controlled environment and be left dry.
- Theft or loss of the product
- Improper cleaning
- No chemical solution should be sprayed directly onto the product, it can remove the paint/ceramic coating/ionised/chromed finish and can cause rust. Any damage to the product from chemical products will void the warranty.
