Yes, as an online retailer we are still fully operational. However, as with most companies, we are operating under interesting new pressures as staff work from home, are pinged, isolate etc.

We try to ship all orders on a next day service when the product is in stock (we are very clear on the website when items are not in stock) or once a pre-order stock arrives. However, at busy times we cannot guarantee this so please allow up to 5 workings days.

The couriers are also under an increased amount of strain to deliver parcels in the network. We use DPD for the majority of deliveries, however will use FEDEX and XDP for larger items.

Lastly, there is an unprecedented amount of stress on the ports around the UK. Our pre-order dates are set 2-3 weeks after the shipment arrives at the port which is to the best of our knowledge at the time. However, these can change. If there are any updates or delays to inform you of we will share this straight away. If the delivery date no longer works for you please email info@musclesquad.com to let us know you wish to cancel your order.

For out of stock products, we will always try to update the latest stock information on the product description page for each product. Unfortunately, as noted above, current port issues can cause shipment dates to move and change.

If you're waiting on information about an out of stock product, we encourage you to go to the product page and hit the ‘notify me when back in stock’ button. As soon as we receive that product back into stock you will receive an automated email saying the product is back in stock and ready to buy.

DPD, FEDEX, XDP (any item over 30kg) and Palletline (for large orders)

We pick your order as soon as we receive it send all orders on a next day delivery service. Order before 12pm for next day delivery.

Occasionally DPD will deliver on Saturdays but this is not something we can guarantee.

Currently we don't. Brexit has made this untenable.

Delivery is free for all orders over £50 within mainland UK. So, this excludes N.I, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands etc. The delivery cost for these 'far flung' places is worked at the basket and is based on the cost to us from our couriers. We are charged by the box, not by weight, so, for example, an order of a pair of 15kg dumbbells to Northern Ireland, would be £12 a box X 2 boxes = £24.

At the moment we have stopped deliveries to Ireland and the rest of the world due to Brexit.

Due to the nature of the products we sell (i.e. weights) our packages tend to be very, very heavy and therefore we cannot avoid incurring quite high delivery costs on all of our shipments. The cost of shipping has recently surged with additional surcharges being added for a number of reasons.

However, we choose to subsidise ALL of our deliveries. Whether you live in London, Belfast, the Highlands or Cornwall - we do not pass on the full cost of shipping to our customers.

In some areas of the UK, this means that we are able to offer our customers free delivery. For example, our couriers charge us an average of £8 for delivering large packages to "mainland" locations. Unfortunately, these couriers charge us a minimum of £26 to deliver to addresses further afield. We agree with you: we think it is unfair that our couriers charge us different rates to different areas of the same country. Whilst we have no control over our couriers costs, we are hopeful that some of the surcharges being levied may soon be removed.

We are genuinely doing our best to make our delivery costs affordable for all of our customers.

If the product is damaged or faulty we will cover the cost to return it, in all other instances you must cover the return cost.

Please return items to our main warehouse address. We recommend using Parcels2Go for the best rates. We will process the refund minus any excess shipping costs as soon as we receive the items.

We take great care throughout our entire supply chain to ensure your order arrives with you safely, however sometimes items can get damaged en route to you. If you have any problems please email us at info@musclesquad.com including images of the damaged item and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders via telephone, apologies, this is to keep our costs, & prices, at an absolute minimum. All orders must come through our website or via email please.

Tracking numbers are generated when the label for your order is printed but will only be activated when the box is scanned at the depot. Therefore please allow 24 hours before contacting us after receiving your tracking details. If you've allowed 24hrs since you placed your order please email info@musclesquad.com with your details.

No, we are an online only retailer.

Unfortunately we are not set up in a way which makes this safely possible. Our stock is stored in a big warehouse which isn't open to the public.

We stock old style 25kg vinyl, 13kg & 18kg cast iron, and 15kg & 20kg chrome spin lock adjustable dumbbells, these are sold in pairs.

We also stock the neater, simpler 12.5kg, 25kg, 32.5kg, and 40kg laser cut steel adjustable dumbbells. Due to their weight and cost, these are sold individually.

All non-adjustable dumbbells are sold in pairs.

Yes, this is exactly how you will receive your dumbbell set.

Unfortunately, however many floor tiles you order, they have to be delivered on a pallet. Obviously, this is a very expensive way to buy one / a small number of tiles.
