We use Parcelforce for orders of 11 parcels or fewer. Furdeco or Bishops Gate deliver our treadmills, and Pallex dispatch our large orders.
We pride ourselves on our dispatch time and send most orders on a next-day delivery service. Place your order before midday for delivery the following day (in most cases). If your order has more than 11 parcels or contains a rack, this will arrive within 3-5 working days (please note, our courier will book in a day slot with you prior to delivery). For a treadmill order, this will arrive in 5-10 working days after placing your order and you’ll be contacted prior to delivery to book in a day slot.
Occasionally DPD will deliver on Saturdays but it’s not something we can guarantee.

We don’t ship internationally at this time, but it’s something we’re looking into! We want to get our products to you wherever you live.
Delivery is free for all orders over £50 within mainland UK. This excludes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands, etc. The delivery cost for these harder-to-reach locations is worked out at the basket and is based on the cost to us from our couriers. We are charged by the box, not by weight. Ordering a pair of 15kg dumbbells to Northern Ireland, for example, would require us to send two boxes at £12 per box, so the delivery cost would be £24.
Due to the nature of the products we sell (i.e. weights) our packages tend to be very, very heavy and therefore we cannot avoid incurring quite high delivery costs on all of our shipments. The cost of shipping has recently surged with additional surcharges being added for a number of reasons.
However, we choose to subsidise ALL of our deliveries. Whether you live in London, Belfast, the Highlands or Cornwall - we do not pass on the full cost of shipping to our customers.
In some areas of the UK, this means that we are able to offer our customers free delivery. For example, our couriers charge us an average of £8 for delivering large packages to "mainland" locations. Unfortunately, these couriers charge us a minimum of £26 to deliver to addresses further afield. We agree with you: we think it is unfair that our couriers charge us different rates to different areas of the same country. Whilst we have no control over our couriers costs, we are hopeful that some of the surcharges being levied may soon be removed.
We are genuinely doing our best to make our delivery costs affordable for all of our customers.
If the product is damaged or faulty we will cover the cost to return it, in all other instances you must cover the return cost.
Please return items to our main warehouse address. We recommend using Parcels2Go for the best rates. We will process the refund minus any excess shipping costs as soon as we receive the items.

We take great care throughout our entire supply chain to ensure your order arrives with you safely, however sometimes items can get damaged en route to you. If you have any problems please email us at info@musclesquad.com including images of the damaged item and we'll arrange for a repair or replacement as soon as possible.
We don’t accept orders through the phone unfortunately. All orders must come through our website or after speaking to our customer service team.
Like most retailers we run seasonal discounts throughout the year. Sometimes you’ll see the current sale listed on our product pages, but the best way to keep in the loop about discounts and limited-time offers is by joining our email list. There’s a prompt to do this at the bottom of the page.

Tracking numbers are generated when the label for your order is printed but will only be activated when the box is scanned at the depot. Therefore please allow 24 hours before contacting us after receiving your tracking details. If you've allowed 24hrs since you placed your order please email info@musclesquad.com with your details.
No, we are an online-only retailer.

Yes, you can choose your preferred installation date, Monday to Friday. Weekend installations are available on request and may incur an additional charge.
