We try to ship all orders on a next day service when the product is in stock (Mainland UK). However, at busy times we cannot guarantee this so please allow 3-5 working days.
The couriers are also under an increased amount of strain to deliver parcels in the network. We use DPD for the majority of deliveries, however occasionally we have to use FEDEX for larger items.
If a product is currently out of stock, we try to give an indication of when more arrive. We recommend you use the ‘notify me when back in stock’ button which allows us to send you an email as soon as product is back in stock and available to buy.
Due to the continuing issues and delays at the ports, we have made the decision to stop taking pre-orders. Stock will only be available to buy once it has reached our warehouse.

Our standard Mainland UK shipping takes 3-5 days.
Unfortunately, some of the new regulations put into place with Brexit have made international shipping very complex and expensive. For this reason, we have paused shipping internationally for now but hope to be able to resume the service soon.
Often the rest of your order could be on a different delivery van and arrive later that day. If it still hasn't arrived 24 hours later please email email@example.com and we will investigate further.
Unless the product is damaged or faulty we do not cover the cost of the return.
