Phase 4 Cable Equipped Multi-Functional Squat Rack
Our Commercially Graded Phase 4 Cable Multifunctional Squat Rack is the perfect focal point of any commercial gym setting. Made from 75x75mm 3mm steel, It’s 4 pulley design, small form factor and incredible versatility make it the ideal choice if you want to gain a full gym experience. Not only is it a fully functioning squat rack complete with J hooks and Spotter arms, but it also bridges the gap of functional fitness by featuring a 4-cable pulley system and 2 x 100kg weight stacks.
Two of the cables are fully adjustable and allow for functional trainer like movements, these operate on a 2:1 ratio giving you more cable travel and smaller incremental weight jumps for more isolated exercise work. Then the two top pulleys are specifically placed higher up and operate on a 1:1 ratio meaning you feel the full 100kg weight when performing high pulley exercises like lat pulldowns. The rack also comes with a lat pulldown seat as well as a low row foot plate attachment, 6 plate poles, branded storage hooks, claw barbell storage and a back storage beam.
If you’re looking for a rack to perform traditional power movements like bench pressing and squatting, but also add functional trainer qualities, with the ability to utilise both 2:1 and 1:1 ratios in a smaller form factor then this rack is for you!

Phase 4 FID Bench
The Phase 4 Flat, Incline, Decline (FID) dumbbell bench is the perfect bench to add to your gym setup. Our FID benches are designed to support you in your Flat, Incline, or Decline exercises ensuring you hit every part of a muscle group.
The backrest can be adjusted to 10 different positions ranging from a decline -8 -degree angle to an upright 90-degree angle. The seat can also be adjusted to 3 separate angles, 0 degrees, 15 degrees, and 30 degrees.

Phase 1 7ft Olympic Barbell
The Phase 1 Olympic Barbell weighs 20kg and has a maximum load of 300kg. Finished in chrome, with a knurled grip, this bar is great for serious lifting. Products are covered under a one year warranty from receipt of delivery. Warranty covers any defects under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of the product defective because of improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Dependant on the issue we will take the following steps:
- Repair the product at no cost
- Repair or replace any broken parts
- Exchange with a replacement
- Offer a full refund
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage of the product resulting from negligence e.g. dropping the product
- Damage of the product resulting from unauthorised modification of the product
- Damage caused by weather or natural disaster e.g. rust if product is kept outside
- The product must only be used indoors in a temperature controlled environment and be left dry.
- Theft or loss of the product
- Improper cleaning
- No chemical solution should be sprayed directly onto the product, it can remove the paint/ceramic coating/ionised/chromed finish and can cause rust. Any damage to the product from chemical products will void the warranty.
