Here’s everything you need to know about the Guided and Unguided interfaces.
🧭 Guided Interface

New to the gym or trying out a fresh routine? The Guided interface gives you a visual representation for each movement in your entire workout, so you always know what you’re doing.
- Clear images for every exercise.
- Easy navigation between exercises.
- Option to add personal notes for each movement, such as your bench position or cable height.
- Great for beginners or anyone who prefers structure and visual cues.
You’ll feel confident with every rep, knowing you’ve got the right guidance in front of you.
⚡ Unguided Interface

Already know your way around the gym? The Unguided interface is made for lifters who prefer a simple, well-structured layout.
- Your full workout appears on one scrollable screen.
- Quickly jump between exercises and edit seamlessly.
- Log sets and reps in the same way as Guided mode.
- Minimal layout = maximum focus.
This layout removes the extra guidance so you can power through your session — ideal for more experienced users who don’t need a reminder of every move.
🔁 How to switch between the two
Want to change your layout? It’s easy:
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right of your app.
- Select Workout screen preference.
- Choose between Guided and Unguided based on what suits your session.
You can update your preference at any time, so have a go and test both to see which feels best for you.
💡 Tips & features to know
Adding notes. In Guided mode, you can jot down tips or track your progress for each exercise. In Unguided, you can still add notes — just head to the Analytics section while in the routine.
No animations (yet!). We’re working on creating short videos for each exercise to demonstrate correct form.
Same functionality. No matter the layout, logging your sets and reps stays the same — so your progress is always tracked.
