Gym Package - Phase 3 Power Rack
This gym set comes with a Power Rack, Adjustable bench, 20kg Olympic bar and your choice of plate package, so you have absolutely everything you need for an effective workout.
Phase 3 Power Rack
The MuscleSquad Phase 3 Power Rack is made from solid 2.5mm thick black powder-coated steel with our signature metal branded plate. The feet can be fixed to the floor for added safety and security. This rack is ideal for benching and squatting. The rack includes a pull-up bar. This rack can be upgraded with the MuscleSquad Full Power Rack extension kit.
All of the Phase 3 rack series has been developed as a modular system that can be built exactly to suit your requirements.
FID Dumbbell Bench
The FID (flat, incline, decline) dumbbell bench is the perfect bench to add to your gym setup. The backrest can be adjusted to 10 different positions ranging from a decline of -10 degrees to an upright 90 degree angle. The seat can also be adjusted to 3 separate angles, 0 degrees, -6 degrees, and -10 degrees.

Phase 1 7ft Olympic Barbell
The Phase 1 Olympic Barbell weighs 20kg and has a maximum load of 300kg. Finished in chrome, with a knurled grip, this bar is great for serious lifting. Perfect for exercises like the bench press, deadlifts, squats, curls, tricep extensions, etc., this bar will really help you to build size and strength over your whole body.

They will contact you within 48 hours of your order to arrange a convenient delivery day to kerbside. The rack will be on a pallet, please arrange for disposal of the pallet, Pallex will not take it away with them. Delivery is usually within 5-10 days.
Scottish Highlands: Your rack will be delivered by our delivery partners, Pallex. They will contact you within 48 hours of your order to arrange a convenient delivery day to kerbside. The rack will be on a pallet, please arrange for disposal of the pallet, Pallex will not take it away with them. Delivery is usually within 5-10 days.
Northern Ireland: Your rack will be delivered by our delivery partners, Pallet Line. They will contact you within 48 hours of your order to arrange a convenient delivery day to kerbside. Products are covered under a one year warranty from receipt of delivery. Warranty covers any defects under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of the product defective because of improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Dependant on the issue we will take the following steps:
- Repair the product at no cost
- Repair or replace any broken parts
- Exchange with a replacement
- Offer a full refund
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage of the product resulting from negligence e.g. dropping the product
- Damage of the product resulting from unauthorised modification of the product
- Damage caused by weather or natural disaster e.g. rust if product is kept outside
- The product must only be used indoors in a temperature controlled environment and be left dry.
- Theft or loss of the product
- Improper cleaning
- No chemical solution should be sprayed directly onto the product, it can remove the paint/ceramic coating/ionised/chromed finish and can cause rust. Any damage to the product from chemical products will void the warranty.
