Whether you’re new to training or have years of lifting under your belt, having a solid routine can make all the difference. These new pre-built workout templates are designed to help you train smarter, stay consistent and hit your goals faster.
Expert crafted routines
We’ve added five new workout routines to the app, each created by our in-house fitness professionals — some with decades of experience in fitness training.
The routines are split into two main formats:
- Upper-body / Lower-Body
- Push / Pull / Legs
So whether you’re training two or three times per week, there’s something to suit your schedule. If you have MuscleSquad equipment at home or access to a gym, give one of them a go for your next workout.
Make them your own
These routines are built to guide you, but you can adapt them to suit your own training preferences. Simply start the workout or save it to your routines, then customise the exercises, tweak the training style and choose the amount of sets to match your training goals.
You can even swap grips or variations of a movement — not only does this personalise the session, but it also ensures your training analytics and heatmap stay accurate.
You can choose the number of sets too — go heavier on your favourites or ease back with fewer sets on lower-impact movements. It’s flexible, efficient and tailored to your own preferences.

No matter your level of experience, these workouts will work for you.
Beginners. Follow them as a structured guide to build a solid foundation and understand how to train effectively.
Experienced lifters. Dial up the intensity, sharpen the structure and use the framework to push further toward specific training goals.
These workouts are built with purpose by professionals who understand what consistent, progressive training should look like.
Plan ahead using your calendar
Stay consistent. Stay in control. Once you’ve picked your routine, you can schedule it directly into your calendar within the app. Planning ahead is one of the best ways to stay on track — it keeps your body heatmap in check, balances your training across the week and gives you a routine you’ll actually stick to.
You’re far more likely to train when you’ve already committed to the session — especially when you know it’s filled with exercises you enjoy.
