Who is this workout for?

This session is aimed at intermediate level lifters who have some previous gym experience. However, the exercises are simple and can be easily learned if you've not done them before.

The workout hits your legs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. If you want to get stronger and bigger in these areas, this workout will do the trick.

To complete this session you'll need an adjustable bench and a pair of dumbbells.
