Who is this workout for?

This workout is simple and quick. If you're a beginner, short on time, or anyone looking to work on their abs, this session is perfect for you. Add it in after your regular gym sessions or complete it on it's own.

What will I achieve from this workout?

Your abs will be on fire by the time you've finished this session. If you're trying to get your six-pack to show through, give it a go. You should be doing it alongside cardio or whilst being in a calorie deficit for best results.

What equipment do I need?

A kettlebell or single dumbbell will make this workout effective for you. If you have a bench, or a sit-up bench, feel free to add that in for extra intensity.
