Who is this workout for?

If you've only got a small space to work out in, or maybe you just want to find a quiet corner in the gym to work out alone, this one's for you. It's a great alternative to a traditional squat and machine focused leg day.

What will I achieve from this workout?

Lunges target your quads, hamstrings and glutes. Your legs will be fried by the end, but it's a surefire way to build muscle and strength.

What equipment do I need?

All you'll need for this one is a kettlebell or dumbbell, or a pair of either.
