• You consider your personal credit to be in good standing.

• You are not aware of any circumstances, current or future, that would affect your ability to enter into a credit agreement.

Should any of the above statements not be true, such as not having a regular income, having CCJs or defaults in the past six years, having entered into an IVA, bankruptcy, or debt management plan, considering your credit to be in poor standing, or being aware of circumstances that might affect your ability to enter into a credit agreement, then a referral for a finance application with Novuna may not be suitable based on your needs and circumstances.
