Our installers aim to arrive at 9am on an installation day and will leave when the build is finished, which is typically around 2–3pm.
Make sure the space where you want your rack is clear and that you're 100% certain with its placement. Once it's built, your rack will be too heavy to move without part-dismantling.
You don't need to be in the room with us, but we need someone there when we arrive to talk us through where you'd like the rack to be built.
Not unless we've agreed to beforehand. A full installation day doesn't leave time for much else besides the build.
Currently we only offer installs in the week. When you receive your booking calendar, you'll be able to choose from a number of weekday slots to fit around your schedule.
