We’ve taken inspiration from our widely popular Multi-Functional Trainer and added a 3rd weight stack to create a dedicated Lat pull down and low row station for all your heavy pulling needs.
The new rear central pulley boasts an 120kg weight stack on a 1:1 ratio, with a designated attachment column for attachments such as an adjustable lat pull down seat to enhance your lifting experience. The dual side weight stacks come in at 90kgs each on a 2:1 ratio, allowing for those smaller incremental jumps in weight and longer overall cable travel.
The in-built 250kg-rated smith machine provides the option for training in a fixed plane of motion, which is great for isolating muscles and providing added stability. If you want to train “the big three” lifts, the rack is also great for bench press, squats, and deadlifts, with a huge max load of 350kg and added J Hooks and Spotter arms for extra safety.

The Only Rack You Need
Smash all of your big lifts and isolated movements with a squat rack, functional trainer and smith machine merged into one, making the Advanced Multi-Functional Trainer as practical as it is economical.
Use the included J-Hooks for your squats and your bench press, or the safety arms to rack your deadlifts. With a max load of 350kg, it’s ready for whatever weight you throw at it.
The dual 90kg weight stacks are set on a 2:1 basis, meaning you feel half of the weight on the cable as you’re training. The rear 120kg stack is on a 1:1 ratio, therefore ideal for heavier lifts like lat pulldowns and low rows, and each plate increases in 4.5kg increments.
Our upgraded 2025 model now features a built-in 2.5kg incremental weight plate, perfect for lighter exercises such as lateral raises, providing you with even more flexibility and precision in your workouts.
The upgraded bar now features enhanced knurling, delivering the authentic, professional feel of an Olympic barbell.
It’s rated to 250kg, comes with a shoulder pad and is suited for even your toughest workouts.
You won’t be left wanting for accessories. Our J Hooks and Spotter Arms open the door for your compound lifts, and a number of other attachments enable you to perform landmine movements, dips, pull ups, arm exercises and more.

This includes:
10 years frame cover and 2 years accessories, pulleys and cables.
During this time please contact us directly so we can arrange a replacement.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage of the product resulting from negligence e.g. dropping the product
- Damage of the product resulting from unauthorised modification of the product
- Damage caused by weather or natural disaster e.g. rust if product is kept outside
- The product must only be used indoors in a temperature controlled environment and be left dry.
- Theft or loss of the product
- Improper cleaning
- No chemical solution should be sprayed directly onto the product, it can remove the paint/ceramic coating/ionised/chromed finish and can cause rust. Any damage to the product from chemical products will void the warranty.
