Your treadmill will be delivered by one of our delivery partners to a ground floor room of your choice, usually within 5–10 working days. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland can take a bit longer, usually 10–20 working days.
We recommend having some gym flooring under the treadmill, yes. This keeps it on a level surface and reduces noise when training.
Yes, we offer interest-free finance for 12 months and interest-bearing finance up to 48 months through our partners Novuna. Applications are subject to status and eligibility.
The P200 Treadmill comes with a 1 year warranty on the frame, motor and electrics. If anything needs fixing, our repairs partner FES will send an engineer to your home.
England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands)
Your treadmill will be delivered via one of our delivery partners. They will contact you within 48 hours of your order to arrange a convenient delivery day and will deliver to a ground floor room of your choice. Delivery is usually within 5–10 working days.
Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland
It can take a bit longer to deliver your order in these areas. Our delivery partners will contact you within 48 hours of your order to arrange a convenient delivery day and will deliver to a ground floor room of your choice. Delivery is usually within 10–20 working days.

1 year frame, motor and electrical warranty
During this time if any repairs are needed you are in safe hands with our repairs partner FES. They will send their experienced engineers to your house to carry out repairs in warranty and can help fix issues outside of warranty if required.
Products are covered under warranty from the day they're delivered. Warranty covers any defects under normal use during the warranty period.
Warranty does not cover
  • Damage resulting from negligence (e.g. dropping the product)
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised modification
  • Damage caused by weather or natural disaster (e.g. rust from outdoor storage)
    • The product must only be used indoors in a temperature-controlled environment and kept dry.
  • Theft or loss of the product
  • Improper cleaning
    • No chemical solution should be sprayed directly onto the product. This can remove paint, ceramic coating, ionised or chromed finishes and cause rust. Damage caused by chemical products will void the warranty.
