Built from our now-discontinued Phase 3 line of 75 x 75 x 2.5mm powder-coated steel uprights, this six-post power rack has all the functionality you need for big compound lifts and when it’s gone, it’s gone.
This rack is a powerlifter's dream. The smith bar is high-quality and unweighted, providing a base resistance of 20kg, while the power rack is reassuringly robust. It has a max load of 316kg and is compatible with 6ft international bars and all 7ft barbells.
The exposed rear of the rack makes this setup suitable for placing against a mirror in order to check your form while training, and the multi-grip pull-up bar has three different hand placements available to use.
Includes six-post power rack, smith machine and J-hooks. Other accessories can be purchased from the Phased Out attachment line.
