To get an idea of your current strength level, fill a 1 litre bottle of water up and do some exercises with it. It’ll weigh 1kg. Does it feel heavy or light? Then, put several 1 litre water bottles in a bag following the same principle of 1l = 1kg and see how that feels. This will give you a decent understanding of your strength.

Caring for neoprene dumbbells is simple. Avoid dropping them after a set so as not to chip the outer coating and wipe them clean with a cloth if they get dirty.
