You really can’t beat having a home gym for convenience! Keep lifting

Chris Fuller

I love the MuscleSquad Multi-Functional Trainer. It gives endless possibilities for a home workout. The cables are smooth and, with a 1:1 ratio on the weight stacks, you have more than enough weight to be getting on with. My favourite aspect of the trainer is the fact that the Smith Machine is positioned in such a way that it enables an incline bench to fit underneath comfortably which many similar trainers do not. This was ultimately the decisive factor in choosing the MuscleSquad Multi-Functional Trainer. My partner has also benefitted greatly as the safety of the Smith Machine has given her the confidence to up her squat work which has been fantastic. A great piece of kit for any home gym.
