Gym Equipment For Fitness & Strength Training

Build your gym the right way with our broad range of strength equipment, suitable for garage gyms all the way up to commercial spaces. We stock dumbbells, weight plates, benches, power racks, kettlebells and all the other essentials you need to maximize your workout space.

What you should know about our gym equipment

The first thing to do when building a gym is to ask yourself a few questions: how much space do you have, what’s your budget and who is the gym for?

If you’re building something at home on a budget, then you’re going to want as many multi-feature items as you can fit in there. Consider opting for a pair of adjustable dumbbells, a folding squat rack, a bench and barbell set so that you have everything you need to get a full-body workout in without breaking the bank.

If you’re looking for equipment that’s suitable for a PT or exercise studio, then you can’t go wrong with our Phase 3 range. These power racks are modular, meaning you can extend them with as many pods, storage options and cable weight stacks as you need. For free weights, look to our hex dumbbell sets to keep your clients happy whatever their strength level, and browse our flooring options to see if they’re the right foundation for your gym.

We have you covered for commercial gym equipment too with our Phase 4 range, trusted by athletes, professional sport teams and fitness enthusiasts across the country. All of our products in the Phase 4 range are commercially-graded like our flagship Phase 4 Multi-Functional Rack, our Phase 4 FID Bench and our premium PU dumbbells.

Whatever gym equipment you’re in the market for, we’re confident you’ll find it with us.

FAQs

01

What gym equipment do you recommend to a beginner?

At the start of your fitness journey, there’s nothing that will serve you better than a pair of dumbbells. Whether it’s a set of hex dumbbells or a light adjustable dumbbell, you’ll have the ability to hit every key muscle group. Besides that, it’s also smart to invest in an exercise mat, a pair of resistance bands and a reasonably heavy kettlebell so that you’re never left wanting for options.

02

What gym equipment should I buy if I have limited space?

We have two product lines that really shine in tight spaces: adjustable dumbbells and folding squat racks. Adjustable dumbbells give you a range of weight options in a fraction of the footprint, while folding squat racks enable you to hit heavy compound lifts from the comfort of your own home. Once you’re done, simply fold the rack away to keep your space tidy. Some other gym essentials you should consider are kettlebells, a bench, a barbell and some weight plates.

03

What gym equipment should I buy if I’m on a limited budget?

Gym equipment is expensive by nature, but we do have some great budget-friendly options available. Our Phase 2 quarter rack is very competitively priced and comes with a plethora of attachments. Once again, adjustable dumbbells are a great cost-saver when it comes to building out a gym, and we also have a clearance section of our website where you can grab some serious bargains throughout the year.

04

Do you sell home gym equipment?

Absolutely; it’s where our business got started. Check out our home gym equipment range to find the right setup for you.

05

Do you sell commercial gym equipment?

Yes — in fact, you’ll see our equipment used by the likes of Luton Town FC and various personal training studios around the UK. Browse our full commercial range to bring that elite feel to your space or get in touch with the team to learn more.

06

What does Phase 1, 2, 3 and 4 mean on your website?

Simply put, it distinguishes each of our product categories and who they’re aimed at.

  • Phase 1 – Basic gym equipment to get you started with fitness.
  • Phase 2 – Budget-friendly equipment that’s perfect for a home gym.
  • Phase 3 – Modular series that’s ideal for large gym spaces and PT studios.
  • Phase 4 – Commercial-grade equipment for professional gyms and elite home spaces.

07

I don’t know where to start. Can you help me directly?

We’d be happy to! The team is available on live chat between 9am - 4pm (UK) each weekday where we’d be happy to hear about your fitness goals and advise how our products could help.

08

How long does gym equipment last?

Since most gym equipment places an emphasis on being heavy-duty, you can expect it to last for quite some time provided you give it regular maintenance. All of our products come with one year of warranty, but you can expect the majority of them to last significantly longer than that. Our racks, bars, weight plates and fixed dumbbells, in particular, are very durable and should be by your side for years to come.

09

Does your equipment come pre-assembled or do I need to build it?

Smaller purchases like fixed dumbbells, kettlebells and weight plates come ready-to-use, but you’ll need to assemble our larger products like you would flatpack furniture. All of our un-assembled products come with an instruction manual to guide you through the process.

10

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, all orders over £50 qualify for free shipping. Please note that orders to Northern Ireland and certain areas of Scotland may incur additional delivery charges.

11

How long after ordering until I receive my equipment?

For single-package products, we can get these to you the very next day if you order before 12pm. Where we need to use a pallet—so if you’ve purchased a dumbbell weighing 32.5kg or more, or when we’re dispatching a squat rack—the delivery expectation is 3-5 working days to mainland UK.

If your delivery address is in Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands, standard orders will increase to two working days while pallets will arrive in 5-10 days.

12

What’s the warranty on your products?

All of our products come with one year of warranty.
